As a single working moms has become the best addition to my home fitness routine. I have very little time to go to a gym so this has been a great tool for working out at home and have would you even take it on a work travel trip. So compact and easy to pack with a great impact. I’ve been using consistently three days a week for the past couple months and I’ve definitely noticed my tush getting firmer.
I used to use this booty belt all the time, until I brought it to the gym and someone stole the belt. They left all the bands, but took the belt!!! Is there a way to purchase a replacement belt?
I started using my mothers booty belt out of boredom during isolation. Turns out it’s the best home workout I have done! The burn is real while using it and after using it for a week, the difference in my quads is insane! I’ve always wanted big quads and work towards that in the gym but this booty belt has definitely made them pop! Can’t recommend it enough! Will definitely get my own when it’s back in stock!
